Body mass index (BMI) is a way to distinguish if you have healthy body composition. The exact definition can be found on Wikipedia.

Please take note that the above BMI calculation is only accurate for adults. There is a different set of BMI calculations for children and teens!


A normal BMI is between 18.5 and 25.

By calculating your BMI, you get a rough idea of whether you are overweight or not. It gives you more of a guideline as to whether you should work on yourself or not.

In any case, exercise for at least 30 minutes every day and one minute every hour. That can be done, right?
