How to book your appointment
Book your appointment easily using the calendar, our convenient online booking system. Choose your preferred consultation duration from the abovementioned options, each with a direct "Book Here" link. Select a suitable time and specify whether you prefer a Zoom meeting or a telephone consultation. Follow the prompts to finalize your appointment and secure your payment.
How is your cancellation policy?
To respect the time of both our patients and our staff, please email us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You may also reschedule yourself using our booking system. This policy helps us manage our schedule and offer your appointment time to someone else in need.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation cost.
- No-shows or missed appointments without any prior notification will be charged the full consultation fee.
We understand that emergencies can happen and will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
