How do I choose the right consultation length?
20-Minute Follow-Up Consultation
Use for brief updates or quick follow-up discussions.

30-Minute Online Consultation
Ideal for standard consultations, addressing ongoing concerns, or follow-up appointments that require more time than a quick check-in.

40-Minute Initial Consultation
Recommended for new patients or those needing a comprehensive assessment to establish a detailed treatment plan.

60-Minute Extended Consultation
Best for complex cases requiring in-depth discussion, multiple health issues, or detailed treatment planning.

How is your cancellation policy?
To respect the time of both our patients and our staff, please email us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You may also reschedule yourself using our booking system. This policy helps us manage our schedule and offer your appointment time to someone else in need.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation cost.
  • No-shows or missed appointments without any prior notification will be charged the full consultation fee.
We understand that emergencies can happen and will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
