Initial Appointment

All new patients start with a standard 40-minute consultation to assess health needs and develop a tailored treatment plan.

How do I choose the right consultation length?

20-Minute Follow-Up Consultation

Use for brief updates or quick follow-up discussions.

30-Minute Online Consultation

Ideal for standard consultations, addressing ongoing concerns, or follow-up appointments that require more time than a quick check-in.

40-Minute Initial Consultation

Recommended for new patients or those needing a comprehensive assessment to establish a detailed treatment plan.

60-Minute Extended Consultation

Best for complex cases requiring in-depth discussion, multiple health issues, or detailed treatment planning.

How is your cancellation policy?

To respect the time of both our patients and our staff, please email us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You may also reschedule yourself using our booking system. This policy helps us manage our schedule and offer your appointment time to someone else in need.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation cost.
No-shows or missed appointments without any prior notification will be charged the full consultation fee.

We understand that emergencies can happen and will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Rates for 2024:

Telephone consultation (20 min): €65

30 minutes: €90

40 minutes: €115

60 minutes: €165

Making an Appointment

During the appointment time, examination, treatment, exercises and advice, payment transactions, dressing and undressing, and scheduling of future appointments are conducted.

The first appointment is standardly 40 minutes. Subsequent appointments can be tailored to a treatment trajectory agreed upon together. Choosing shorter consultation times allows for more frequent treatments with less time in between.

For neural therapy, a 40-minute session is always scheduled, including the cost of injection materials.

Professional Integrity

As a member of the professional associations to which I am affiliated, there are strict regulations against altering invoices, issuing multiple invoices for the same appointment, or in any way falsifying invoices.

I am a BIG registered physician and listed as a natural medicine doctor in the AVIG register, Physicians Association for Integrative Medicine, and as an osteopath with the Dutch Osteopathy Federation. Registration numbers, performance codes, and AGB codes are provided on the invoice. According to your insurance terms, the costs are (partially) covered by supplementary insurance.
