How do I get my prescription?
Simply complete our online form. Once reviewed by our medical team, your prescription will be sent to you digitally within 24 hours.

Where can I fill my prescription? 
Your prescription is valid at any pharmacy in Portugal. Simply show your digital prescription or prescription code.


How much does the prescription service cost?
The prescription service costs €20. This does not include the cost of medications.
What medications can be prescribed through this service?
We can prescribe medication for chronic conditions and regular treatments. However, we cannot prescribe:

  • Antibiotics
  • Controlled substances, including opioid pain medications, certain anxiety medications, and sleep medications, which all require an in-person consultation.
  • Psychiatric medications, which must also be prescribed after an in-person consultation.
