How often do I get personal coaching with Dr. Naomi?
The personal coaching sessions occur once a week, 6 weeks in a row, one hour per session. You get 1-to-1 sessions. This session is all about you. Besides being your online coach, I'm also your personal cheerleader.
If you cannot attend for a week or prefer the sessions every other week, we will postpone the sessions and we meet biweekly for example.
How do the coaching sessions take place?
I coach online. I use Zoom for the coaching sessions. This is an easy program that doesn't require you to install anything. This way I can also record our sessions, so I can send it to you for your own reference if you want to review it.
What kind of problems can I discuss with you, or what questions can I ask?
A lot! As a general practitioner, I am broadly trained, but I have been involved in the prevention of diseases since I was a teenager. As a result, I have delved into healthy lifestyle and "longevity" but also mindset, self-image, self-love and so on (because this was also super important to me as an entrepreneur). In our non-binding intake, I would be happy to discuss what you encounter and how I can help you.
What is the result of this process?
-You only do the things that really matter to you. You do that with energy because you no longer lose it on less important things.
