What if I can't join live?
You don’t have to be there live to benefit.

If you register, you’ll automatically receive the replay, including all teaching and the bonus recipe and planner downloads. You can watch whenever it suits you, pause, take notes, and revisit your favourite parts as often as you like. Many women prefer this, so they can watch when they’re rested and have space to reflect.
What if I don’t have any big health problems—can I still join?
Absolutely. This workshop is for anyone who wants to feel better in winter—whether you struggle every year, or just want to make this season lighter and more enjoyable. You don’t need a diagnosis or a long list of symptoms to benefit.
Is this medical advise?
No, this workshop is for education and support only. I’ll share science-backed insights and practical tools, but I won’t diagnose or treat medical conditions. If you have specific health concerns, please discuss them with your own doctor.
Will this help even if I usually do “okay” in winter?
